Returns and Refunds
A customer is permitted to return goods if they are faulty or damaged from the time of purchase within 30 days of receiving the goods. However, the customer may not return the goods if they are damaged in their possession due to mishandling. Each item that is returned will undergo inspection before a return is granted. If upon inspection it is found that the item is not faulty, damaged, used, or unworn, you will be entitled to a refund or an exchange. Should the item be found to have been faulty, damaged, used, or worn upon inspection, the customer will not be entitled to a refund or an exchange.
The customer is responsible for ensuring they keep their proof of payment and order number in case they decide to return the goods. The following process is undertaken for the return of goods bought online.
You will need to contact us to return your purchased goods. We will require your proof of payment and order number to process the return. You can do this by contacting us via our email at online@mzansiexclusives.co.za.
Once we have confirmed the arrival of your goods, we will conduct an inspection before a return is granted. We will either exchange the goods if they have not been used and are returned in the original packaging, or refund you the amount you paid, as per your request.
Customers are responsible for courier fees for their returns or exchanges.
